Last updated: April 21, 2026
Your Right to Opt Out
California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Loan Daddy LLC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, certain data exchanges with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute "sharing" under California law. This page explains how you can exercise your right to opt out.
How to Submit a Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". Include your full name and the email address or phone number associated with your inquiry so we can verify your identity.
We will process your request within the timeframes required by law (generally 15 business days) and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We require written proof of authorization (such as a signed permission letter or power of attorney) and verification of the consumer's identity.
Additional California Privacy Rights
In addition to the right to opt out, the CCPA/CPRA provides California residents with rights to access, delete, and correct personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. For information about these additional rights and how to exercise them, see our full Privacy Policy.
Notice of Financial Incentive
Loan Daddy LLC does not currently offer financial incentive programs (such as loyalty programs, discounts, or other benefits) that require the collection of personal information. If we offer such programs in the future, we will update this notice with details about the program, the categories of personal information collected, and how you can opt in or withdraw.
CCPA Request Metrics
As required by CCPA regulations (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7102), we will publish annual metrics regarding the number of requests to know, delete, and opt out received, complied with (in whole or in part), and denied during the previous calendar year, along with median response times. Metrics will be published here by July 1 of each year for the preceding calendar year.
Metrics for calendar year 2026 will be published by July 1, 2027. Loan Daddy LLC began operations under CCPA/CPRA during 2026.
